Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1: Purpose
The purpose of these Terms of Use is to establish the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by Arnuf (hereinafter referred to as ‘Arnuf’), as well as to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the company and users.
Article 2: Effectiveness and Modification of Terms
- These terms take effect upon being publicly disclosed to users.
- Arnuf may modify these terms in cases where there are changes in circumstances or for significant business reasons. Any modified terms will take effect in the same manner as the previous version.
Article 3: Compliance with Other Laws
Any matters not specified in these terms shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations.
Chapter 2: Membership Registration and Service Use
Article 1: Definition of Membership
A member refers to an individual recognized as eligible by Arnuf, who agrees to these terms, completes the membership registration process, and receives an ‘ID’ and ‘password’ to use the services.
Article 2: Establishment of Service Registration
- Service registration is established upon Arnuf’s acceptance of the user’s application and the user’s agreement to these terms.
- Users who wish to register as members must provide personal information requested by Arnuf.
- If the company approves the user’s application, the company will notify the user of the issued member ID and other necessary information.
- The registered ID cannot be changed, and each individual may receive only one ID.
- Arnuf may refuse membership registration in the following cases:
- If an application is made under another person’s name.
- If an application is not made under the applicant’s real name.
- If false information is provided in the application form.
- If the application is submitted for the purpose of disturbing public order or violating societal norms.
Article 3: Use and Restrictions of Service
- In principle, the service is available 24 hours a day, year-round, unless there are technical or business-related difficulties.
- The company may restrict service availability after notifying members in advance if required for system maintenance or other business needs.
- Some services, such as online consultation, may not be available 24/7 due to the personal circumstances of the staff in charge.
Article 4: Service Fees
- The service is free for all registered members.
- If Arnuf decides to introduce paid services, the timing, policies, and costs will be publicly announced in advance.
Chapter 3: Withdrawal, Re-registration, and Service Restrictions
Article 1: Withdrawal from Service
- Members who wish to withdraw from the service must submit a termination request via email.
- Upon verifying the user’s identity by matching provided details such as name, ID, and reason for withdrawal, the service subscription will be terminated.
- If a user cannot log in with their previous ID and password, it means the withdrawal has been processed.
Article 2: Re-registration for Service
- Users who have withdrawn from the service and wish to re-register must submit a re-registration request via email.
- The request must include information such as name, ID, and phone number for identity verification.
- If the user can log in with their previous ID and password, re-registration has been successfully completed.
Article 3: Service Restrictions
Arnuf may terminate the service contract or suspend service for a specified period without prior notice if a user engages in any of the following activities:
- Violating public order or moral conduct.
- Engaging in criminal activities.
- Using the service for activities that harm national interests or public welfare.
- Unauthorized use of another person’s ID and password.
- Defaming or causing harm to others.
- Registering multiple accounts under different IDs.
- Engaging in activities that damage or disrupt the service.
- Violating applicable laws or Arnuf’s terms and conditions.
Chapter 4: Limitation of Liability
Article 1: Online Consultation
- Arnuf strives to maintain confidentiality of user consultations, ensuring that only the consulting professional and the service administrator can access consultation details. However, Arnuf is not responsible for the disclosure or loss of consultation content in the following cases:
- When a user’s negligence leads to password exposure.
- When the user deletes their consultation record.
- When an unavoidable force majeure event (e.g., natural disaster) occurs.
- Consultation responses are provided based on the individual knowledge of the consultant and do not represent the official opinion of Arnuf.
- Arnuf may refuse or restrict online consultations in cases such as:
- Repeatedly submitting the same inquiry.
- Using inappropriate or offensive language.
Article 2: Information Services
- Information provided by Arnuf is general and for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment.
- Arnuf does not endorse any specific tests, products, or treatments mentioned in the service.
- Users should seek professional medical advice for any health concerns and should not disregard medical recommendations based on Arnuf’s content.
- Arnuf is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from information or services provided by the platform.
Chapter 5: Obligations
Article 1: Responsibilities of the Company
- Arnuf shall make reasonable efforts to ensure users can access services without disruption.
- The company shall provide continuous and stable services as per these terms.
- The company shall appropriately address user inquiries and notify users if processing takes time.
Article 2: Member Information Security
- Users are responsible for managing their own ID and password.
- Users agree to receive email notifications as part of the service.
- If a user’s account is misused, they must notify Arnuf immediately.
- Arnuf will not sell or provide personal data to third parties without user consent, except in cases where:
- It contributes to developing new features or services.
- Statistical (non-identifiable) user data is shared with advertisers.
- Personalized services or advertisements require its use.
- Users should be aware that posting personal information in public communication spaces (e.g., forums) can lead to unintended exposure.
Chapter 6: Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from the use of Arnuf services shall be resolved through mutual agreement whenever possible.
- If legal proceedings are necessary, they shall be filed with the court that has jurisdiction over the company’s location.
Chapter 7: Affiliate Links
Arnuf may include affiliate links to support the website and enhance service quality. These links may direct users to products or services that Arnuf personally recommends.
- Affiliate links do not add extra costs for users, and commissions received support Arnuf’s operations.
- Products linked via affiliates have been carefully selected to provide value to users.
- Arnuf is not responsible for the quality of affiliate-linked products; any issues should be addressed with the respective providers.
- Arnuf does not guarantee the accuracy or content of third-party websites linked via affiliates.
